SUMMARY:MLS Consulting Needs Assessment: Focus Group
DESCRIPTION:The Massachusetts Library System (MLS) Learning Services 
 Department has engaged an evaluation firm\, LJH Consulting\, to conduct a 
 member needs assessment. As part of this process\, we are inviting MLS 
 members from all types of libraries and positions to share their 
 perspectives in a focus group.\n\nThese discussions will focus on what is 
 top of mind for you as you think about your work over the next year — 
 whether as a dream for your library you would like to pursue\, a priority 
 to focus on\, or a challenge to solve. Each focus group will include about 
 six participants\, meet online via Zoom\, and last 60 minutes.\n\nYour 
 voice matters! The insights you share will inform MLS’s consulting 
 services and help us better support the diverse needs of our member 
 libraries.\n\nLJH Consulting will be hosting the focus groups on four dates 
 so you can choose the one that works best for your schedule:\n\n\n	October 
 21 - 1:00-2:00 PM\n	November 3 - 12:00-1:00 PM\n	November 7 - 3:00-4:00 
 PM\n	November 12 - 11:00 AM -12:00 PM \n\n\nSpaces are limited and will be
