Content Strategy Webinar

Content Strategy Webinar

Content strategy is the art of bringing the right content to the right person at the right time and in the right context. Librarians strive to do this in their work every day, but when it comes to pulling this off in our online communications, we tend to get flustered and overwhelmed. Why? Often because we don't have a plan, a schedule, a dedicated team, an understanding of where patrons are trying to find us on the web or social media--you name it. This webinar will provide tips and tools for creating your own in-house content strategy and advice for implementing it right away.

Presenter:  Callan Bignoli is the Assistant Library Director (Technology) for the Public Libraries of Brookline, where she supports, manages, and plans for the future of library technology. She is driven by the desire to help people navigate the complex and constantly evolving information landscape of the 21st century.
