SUMMARY:[Leadership Development Training Series] Courageous Collaboration for Team Members
DESCRIPTION:This workshop combines Gracious Space (a collaborative 
 leadership framework) with four steps for Courageous Collaboration. 
 Participants will deepen their understanding of inclusive practices\, 
 courage\, and patterns that impact a high-level of collaboration.  Previous 
 knowledge of Gracious Space is not required.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nAs a result of 
 in this workshop\, participants will:\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n	Know the four 
 Tenets of Gracious Space and at least two ways to create Gracious Space in 
 teams\n	Know four steps to enable more Courageous Collaboration in 
 groups\n	Gain skills for identifying and shifting patterns\n	Create a plan 
 to apply learnings in a specific context\n\n\n\n\nImportant information to 
 read prior to registering:\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n	This is a two-part workshop. 
 Registrants are expected to commit to both sessions: September 16 and 23\, 
 2021\, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm each day.\n\n\nWill this Workshop be Recorded? 
 No.\n\nIntended Audience: This workshop is appropriate for library staff at 
 any level or position.\n\nAbout the Instructor: Pat Hughes is the owner of 
 Trillium Leadership Consulting and provides customized leadership 
 programs\, training\, coaching\, community engagement\, facilitation and 
 strategic planning services. A co-founder of the nationally-recognized 
 Gracious Space body of work\, Pat is the author of "Gracious Space: A 
 Practical Guide for Working Better Together" and "Courageous Collaboration 
 with Gracious Space: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation." Pat 
 is certified in Professional Coaching\, Emotional Intelligence\, Racial 
 Equity and Adaptive Leadership\, Conflict Dynamics\, Dependable Strengths\, 
 Communication Styles\, and the Strategic Planning Models from the Institute 
 for Cultural Affairs. Pat holds an M.A. in Organization Systems Renewal 
 from Antioch University and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations
