Join the Reader’s Advisory Round Table of Western MA genre study for a discussion of Historical True Crime to expand our understanding of non fiction genres.  We will explore this genre blend, meet new titles, and discuss how to use them to meet the reading needs of our users. We are meeting via jitsi to talk about the appeal of these titles, the readers who may enjoy them, and ways to incorporate them into our readers’ advisory services. Our benchmark title for this session is Last Call by Elon Green.  

We all read the benchmark, then a second title in the genre as our personal selection.  Our discussion includes our reactions and thoughts on the benchmark title, descriptions and appeal of our individual selections, and their shared characteristics.
