After our COVID separation, the Western Massachusetts Library Advocates (WMLA) is offering its Annual Meeting in person with an online option.  Our inperson option includes breakfast at the Bonnet!  WMLA is sponsoring the breakfast.

Timing:  Breakfast at 9; Business Meeting at 9:30; and Idea Share discussions at 10. 

The online option will begin at 9:30 and use breakout sessions for the discussion portion of the meeting. 

Topics for discussions under consideration include COVID adaptations we've needed to make, diversifying library collections (particularly for smaller libraries), censorship (programming, displays, book banning), removing access barriers (i.e. going fine free and beyond), supporting library staff (morale, unions, inproving wages and salaries), and advocacy (how can WMLA support you as an advocate?)
