DESCRIPTION:Description\n\nThis is an introductory level workshop for all 
 library staff who provide group user instruction and want to work smarter\, 
 not harder. In this workshop we will repurpose existing learning plans to 
 meet our unique needs and resources. After that\, we’ll practice how to 
 draft a learning plan that you will be proud to share.\n\n\nLearning 
 Outcomes\n\nAs a result of this workshop\, participants will be able 
 to\n\n\n	Repurpose an existing learning plan.\n	Draft a sharable learning 
 plan.\n\n\n\nHow will I be participating?\n\nDuring this live virtual 
 workshop\, expect frequent\, active participation for maximum 
 impact!\n\nCollaborate with peers through the use of breakout rooms and 
 other digital tools. Microphones and cameras are essential for full 
 participation. Please note\, sessions will not be 
 recorded.\n\n\nLocation\n\nThis workshop will be held virtually via Zoom.
