DESCRIPTION:Providing effective performance management doesn’t just 
 protect your organization from liability\, or help you weed out problem 
 employees - it actually helps your organization grow! Learn how a holistic 
 approach to performance management can increase employee engagement\, help 
 employees on their path to development\, and assist the organization in 
 meeting its strategic goals. Participants gain skills to effectively 
 communicate expectations and goals\, measure employee performance\, and 
 deliver feedback through course activities and role-play. \n\nLearning

 managing employee development and performance\n	Define the components of 
 the performance management cycle\n	Learn how to establish SMART goals and 
 maintain a cycle for providing continuous feedback\n	Demonstrate the 
 ability to provide specific\, job-related\, behavior- based feedback 
 through course activities and role-play\n	Understand the role of 
 performance appraisals as a component of performance management and learn

 management processes can assist in protecting the organization from legal

 assist in protecting the organization from interference and retaliation 
 claims under the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave

 managers and supervisors.\n\nPlease note\, these workshops are intended to 
 be informational only and are for staff currently in management or

 department.\n\n\nFacilitator Bio: \n\nSandi Mauro is a seasoned HR 
 professional with over 25 years of experience. Sandi joined EANE in 
 November\, 2021\, following a corporate career that included serving as 
 Vice President of Human Resources for Cartamundi\, North America\, the 
 world’s largest manufacturer of playing cards and board games and 
 Director of HR for FuelCell Energy\, an alternative energy company in 
 Connecticut.\n\n\nHow will I be participating?\n\nDuring this live virtual 
 workshop\, expect frequent\, active participation for maximum 
 impact!\n\nCollaborate with peers through the use of breakout rooms and
