DESCRIPTION:The Massachusetts Library System is pleased to announce that we 
 are working with LibraryWorks to provide our members with access to their 
 webinars.  These webinars are free to Massachusetts library workers who 
 register through our calendar. \n\n\n	Please note: To attend these webinars

 conflict occurs in the workplace between co-workers\, with leadership or 
 management\, as well as with customers/patrons. As we work through 
 developing our understanding of the phases of a conflict\, we will gain 
 knowledge\, skills\, and self-reflexivity for thriving during a conflict. 
 Together\, we will learn how conflict is a necessary aspect of effective 
 communication and examine characteristics of conflict\, strategies to 
 address conflict\, and how to avoid unproductive conflict.\n\nLeave with 
 ways to:\n\n\n	Understand the phases of conflict.\n	Apply conflict 
 negotiation strategies to workplace situations.\n	Increase self-awareness 
 and understanding.\n\n\n\nPresenter:\n\nDr. Stevie M. Munz is an 
 award-winning teacher and researcher with 13  years of experience in the 
 communication field. She has led hundreds of discussion forums\, 
 presentations\, trainings\, and workshops and is a published author. As a 
 communication expert\, she is passionate about developing your 
 communication power skills. From public speaking to professional
