Western Mass Library Advocates Annual Meeting In-Person
WMLA (Western Massachusetts Library Advocates) offers an exciting presentation on Extreme Customer Service by Sally Ijams, Head of Knowledge and Learning Services, Darien Library (CT). Sally will introduce us to Darien's many innovations in operations, services, and construction. Darien Library is a Library Journal Five Star Library. They are among the busiest public libraries in the Connecticut, with over 1,300 people visiting on an average day.
