SE Mass. Reader's Advisory Roundtable (SE-RART) In-Person
The Southeastern Mass. Reader's Advisory Roundtable will study the Adventure/Action genre for 2017-18, but is opening the year with an Introduction to Reader's Advisory & Genre Study, facilitated by Laurie Cavanaugh (Thayer Public Library, Braintree) and Maggie Holmes (Richards Memorial Library, North Attleboro).
Whether you're new to reader's advisory or are a pro and want to share info with others, this hands-on presentation and workshop will be a chance to practice your skills and gain confidence.
If you've been on the fence about joining the group, this is your chance to see what a genre study group is all about!
There is no benchmark title for the October 18th workshop, but there will be readings emailed to registered participants that will be helpful to have read in advance.
