Plan Strategically: Part 2
Join us to explore a several helpful planning tools to be strategic with your professional time, energy, and priorities. We'll review the Eisenhower Time Management Matrix and the SOAR Analysis Tool. You will have the opportunity to apply these to your professional life. Participants who joined us in January for Part 1 will have the opportunity to report back on how they have used the tools. Also, participants will have the opportunity to share what works well for them, what may be challenging, and other planning tools they find very useful.
