Lunch & Learn with EANE: Creating Recognition Programs that Improve Retention

Lunch & Learn with EANE: Creating Recognition Programs that Improve Retention Online

The Massachusetts Library System is collaborating with the Employers Association of the NorthEast to bring HR related trainings to our members. Join us for a series of “Lunch & Learn” virtual chats with EANE staff members on a variety of HR topics. The sessions will take place in a 30/30 format: 30 minutes of content followed by 30 minutes of discussion.

Recognition is often the most overlooked and undervalued point on the 5-point Total Rewards Star (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, Development, Recognition). Organizations have so many opportunities to influence culture and create excitement by using the 3 types of employee recognition strategies. Join us to learn how to construct a recognition and rewards program that fits your organization’s brand, employee value proposition and retention efforts.
