Congratulations on your promotion! Moving into a leadership role within your department presents unique challenges. How do you balance supervisory duties with past relationships? How do you manage the person who didn’t get the position? We'll share insights and provide essential tools to ensure a successful transition for you and your team. 

As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Identify 4-5 interpersonal skills you will need to be an effective supervisor
2. Outline initial team member conversations with the A-B-C Framework
3. Identify strategies to reduce three common personnel conflicts that can arise during internal promotions

How will I be participating? 

During this live virtual workshop, expect frequent, active participation for maximum impact! Collaborate with peers through the use of breakout rooms and other digital tools. Microphones and cameras are essential for full participation. Please note, sessions will not be recorded.
