Community Chat: Leadership Online

Join us to discuss library leadership topics and practices. Leadership Community Chats are designed to develop supportive networks of library leaders, to identify topics that impact library communities, and to share experiences on our journey to become more effective leaders.

Good leadership often requires us to provide constructive and timely feedback. Formal and Informal Feedback are tools you can use to create a mindset that leads to improved patron services, increased job satisfaction, and a collaborative work environment.

December 4: Giving and Receiving Formal Feedback

Registration is not required, though registering through LibCal will enable us to send you:

  • An invitation one week prior to the live chat to join the discussion and share resources through our Learning Hub LMS
  • A reminder of the live chat via email 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

Reach out to Oscar Lanza-Galindo at oscar@masslibsystem.org with any questions or ideas for future discussions.
