Join us to discuss leadership topics and practices.
Leadership Community Chats are designed to develop supportive networks of library leaders, to identify topics that impact library communities, and to share experiences on our journey to become more effective leaders.
This community chat is a continuation of the first topic we addressed, Motivation. During this community chat we will explore an original case study, discuss what to do when all motivation tactics fail, and share ideas and experiences to support and motivate team members.
