Community Chat: Special and Health Sciences Libraries Online
Hosted by the Massachusetts Library System, SLA New England, and MAHSLIN.
Join us for a collaborative discussion exploring the research and insights from Adam Grant’s book Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things. Even if you haven’t had time to read the book, you are welcome to join—its themes are relevant to both our professional and personal lives.
At this chat, we’ll discuss "Structures for Motivation: Scaffolding to Overcome Obstacles.”
Co-hosts: Sally Gore, Manager, Research & Scholarly Communication Services, Lamar Soutter Library, UMass Chan Medical School and Michelle Eberle, Consultant, Massachusetts Library System.
Massachusetts library users can borrow the e-book or audiobook through Libby with their library card. If you’re short on time, you can watch this 18-minute Talks at Google video summarizing key highlights from the book.
