Quiet or introverted leadership challenges the extroverted norms and expectations. As an extension of the popular webinar Quiet Leadership: Cultivate your Identity as an Introverted, Quiet, or Reserved Leader to Harvest, Motivate, and Inspire, this webinar, Quiet leadership 2.0, takes it further by discussing healthy and successful working environments for the emerging quiet leader, challenging participants to build their skills and focus on individual aspirations as they continue to develop leadership confidence. This webinar will focus on implementing leadership models according to introverted type and is ideal for the emerging leader.

From this webinar, you will:
  • Identify and apply introvert types including social, thinking, anxious, and restrained
  • Learn pathways of finding support through mentorship and collaboration
  • Develop skills by learning about and implementing leadership models
  • Enhance quiet leadership strengths by identifying growth areas
