Happy New Year!  Please note that we have CHANGED OUR REGULAR MEETING DAYS TO WEDNESDAY. 

We start the new year with a discussion of the appeal of very prolific and popular authors.  What is their appeal?  What are readalikes if the book (film/audio) are unavailable due to demand?  We have selected aythor Freida McFadden as this month's benchmark author.  Pick any of her titles that appeals to you and a second title of a similar type as your personal choice.  We will discuss the characteristics of her titles and the readers who enjoy her.  We will expand our knowledge of similar works by sharing our second titles.  Join us online to share your choices and hear those of colleagues.  A post holiday gift to yourself:  new titles to enjoy.

We meet bimonthly via Zoom to explore various genres and readers advisory skills and how to use them to meet the needs of our users.  In alternate months in our Chat sessions, we share what we have been reading and suggestions for materials with similar tone and appeal.
