Examine the impact of emotional labor on burnout and job satisfaction in the workplace. This workshop will explore how managing emotions and maintaining a positive demeanor can lead to burnout. Participants will learn strategies for balancing emotional demands and developing coping mechanisms to manage burnout effectively.
