Description

This presentation details the relevance of business archives to business librarians in an effort to better support researchers. The presentation stems from a longer paper and shares information about the contents of business archives, accessing business archives, key findings from conversations with business archivists, and tips for business researchers. The presentation also includes additional resources and tools that can further benefit researchers and business librarians looking to become more familiar with using business archives.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the contents housed in business archives and their application

  • Become familiar with locating, accessing, and using business archives

  • Apply a series of tips for conducting research with business archives for efficient and effective use of business archives research
