Join MLS Consultants Michelle Eberle, Katherine Adelberg, and Martha Meacham and your colleagues for in-depth discussions on specific strategic planning topics. From surveys to interviews, and from focus groups to formatting your plan, join us for this special 6-month edition of Community Chats. 
 

Monthly themes:  

  • January: Getting started with strategic planning (developing a timeline, communications plan, working group) 
  • February: Needs assessment (surveys, focus groups, community conversations, interviews) 
  • March: Having fun with needs assessment! Getting creative with gathering insights to inform your plan (micro-feedback, wish boards, service safaris, etc.) 
  • April: Mission and vision statements 
  • May: Strategic priorities, goals, objectives, and actions 
  • June: Graphic design and setting your plan into action
