Building Your Leadership Toolbox In-Person
During this daylong event you will be asked to re-envision library leadership and actively strategize the role you want to play in the library. The day begins with a keynote address by Chera Kowalski. We will facilitate a panel discussion with librarians who have chosen alternative paths to leadership in the library community. Finally you will learn how to use outcome measurement as a tool for leadership. After this event attendees will have cultivated tools and skills that will help strengthen their roles as future and current library leaders.
