Directors' Lunchtime Discussion: Library Governance and Other Topics In-Person
Join us for a lunchtime discussion! There's been a lot of talk about library governance in relation to town and city struture. This event will give attendees the opporuntiy to learn about staffing structures and challenges faced with governance. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas and questions to this important discussion. Representatives from MLS and MBLC will also be on hand to provide guidance and suggestions. We’ll have lots or resources to share! Please bring a brown bag lunch ; beverages will be provided. Staff working at all levels are invited to attend.
