Mandated Reporting Webinar In-Person
As of 2013, Massachusetts State Law states any person is permitted to report suspecting of child abuse or neglect. What does that mean for staff in libraries? Bio: Jess Snow is the Teen Services Team Leader for Teen Central of the Boston Public Library. She is very focused on developing outreach services focusing on reaching undeserved teens and has developed partnerships with a number of organizations serving teens. She was on the YALSA Board of Directors and has served as a VOYA Advisory Board member.
