At the end of this one-hour webinar, participants will be able to: Identify good stress (eustress) and problem stress (distress); Identify the three stages of Selye’s ‘General Adaptation Syndrome’; Define the four main categories of stressors; Define countervailing humor types; Identify Destructive and Constructive humor from a cartoon sample; Define Laughter Yoga; Identify physiological, psychological, and social benefits of Laughter Yoga; Identify the six components of a Laughter Yoga session; Learn how to become a certified laughter yoga leader (CLYL) … and have a good laugh!

Since 1986, Bill Mongelli has worked as Librarian for the MA Dept. of Correction, and teaches inmates research skills, consequential thinking, book discussions, and library orientation. Bill has given numerous presentations and workshops in a variety of settings on legal research, prison library history, and constructive workplace humor. Since 2001, Bill has taught both in-person and online courses in prison library management for San Jose State University. Bill has had a book and articles published on his prison work, authors the prison library blog Jailfire.net, and was part of the 2016 Project SET team.
