In response to the pandemic, the Advanced Juggling full-day workshop is being offered as a two part virtual training. This is part two, addressing project management.
Invest in yourself, your library, and your future by attending this project management workshop. Project Management is rapidly becoming recognized as an important professional competency. This class will present simple, foundational project management practices that will keep your project team working together, moving projects forward effectively and efficiently. By the end of class, learners will have reviewed and evaluated the application of these tools in multiple contexts.
This is an interactive virtual workshop. Learners should come prepared to interact with fellow learners.
