Improvise into the Unknown: Techniques for Adapting to Uncertain Times with More Ease & Joy In-Person

Two-Hour Remote Interactive Presentation with Pam Victor, President, Happier Valley Comedy Improvisers are trained to eat the unknown for breakfast. As a professional improviser, Pam Victor's job is to jump into the unknown and instantly create content out of thin air with her colleagues. And now, Pam shares easy-to-learn techniques to support you in improvising opportunities with more positivity and ease in this unexpected new reality.

In this insightful interactive online presentation, Pam uses wise-cracking stories and the wisdom of improv tenets to provide immediately-applicable tools to help reframe challenges, redefine failure, adapt to changing situations, and problem-solve more effectively in order to move forward together in these uncertain times. Using the wonders of Zoom, Pam facilitates solo and group interactive exercises and discussions to deepen and individualize learning in order to support the resilience, flexibility, and happiness of individual staff members, which then brings those benefits to the communities you work with. And we get to do it all with ease and joy!
