Do you want to make a difference in your community to support democracy and the common good? Then, join us to learn about civic engagement leadership roles for libraries including civic educator, conversation starter, community bridge, visionary, and center for democracy in action. This presenter will highlight successful library civic engagement programs, partnerships, and resources. Also, we’ll explore how to create strategic partnerships to increase civic engagement in our communities. This interactive virtual workshop will include small group discussions with time for participants to share successes and plans for civic engagement.
