Who do you think you're talking to? In-Person

Building off of the Communication Tools video series (https://guides.masslibsystem.org/marketing), this activity-rich workshop will expand on the Stakeholder Index and Communication Channel Audit. We will explore these two concepts in more depth so that you can better understand your audiences and match them with the most appropriate communication channel, making your marketing more efficient (seen as higher email open rates, increased social media engagement, better program attendance, and/or a decrease in effort or cost of marketing).

After the workshop participants can continue working in one-on-one consultation with the instructor to develop an overarching library communication plan. Participants in this optional learning experience will receive a certificate of completion, and the right to add to their resume/CV: "created multi-channel marketing strategy for the Library."
