Career Resource Week: MA Wage & Hour Laws/Workers' Rights

Career Resource Week: MA Wage & Hour Laws/Workers' Rights In-Person

This training gives important information on the Massachusetts wage and hour law, earned sick time, domestic workers’ rights, and other resources from the Office of the Attorney General that are important for workers throughout the state.

Speaker:

Marcony Almeida-Barros is the Director of the Community Engagement Division at the Office of Attorney General Maura Healey. He leads a team responsible to bring the resources of the AG's Office directly to communities at times and places where working people are available. The first of its kind division works to establish a bridge between community members and the office so that every resident has access to our resources, services, and educational materials. CED works with all bureaus in the office to develop trainings, informational sessions, office hours, and presentations on a wide variety of topics.

This session will be recorded and available for viewing later.
