Virtual Check-In: Health Sciences and Special Libraries In-Person
Join us for an opportunity for peer-support and interpersonal connection. The Massachusetts Library System invites you to a Check-In for Massachusetts Health Sciences and Special Librarians. Come to connect with your colleagues, share approaches that you find helpful, and get support from your colleagues about challenges you are facing.
We’ll discuss managing up. How can we make our boss’s job easier? How can we anticipate our director’s needs? What makes our supervisors tick? How can we have a mutually beneficial relationship with our boss? Join us to share your successes and challenges or just to listen in and hear from your colleagues’ experiences.
This session will be co-hosted by Michelle Eberle, Consultant, Massachusetts Library System and Dan McCloskey, Associate Director, Technical/Access Services, Treadwell Virtual Library at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
