Strategic Planning 2022

Strategic Planning 2022 In-Person

Getting ready to work on your library’s strategic plan? Join us for this workshop to learn about best practices for strategic planning and how you can successfully navigate your strategic planning process during the pandemic.  We’ll discuss how to organize your process, how to adapt your community assessment in the virtual environment, and how to prepare a plan to submit to the MBLC.  The presenter will share tips, tools, and techniques to conduct virtual community needs assessments, develop mission and vision statements,  select strategic priorities, and develop goals in order to design a thoughtful, community-driven plan.
