BiblioTemps Presents: Evaluating New Position/Employers In-Person
When performing a job search, we tend to look at job postings and quickly decide whether or not to apply. Job seekers should look at more than a job description in order to find the best fit for them.
This webinar will inform attendees about the importance of analyzing the details of a job posting, the position, and the employer. Job seekers will learn the steps to two parts, the first will be evaluating possible positions and the second will be evaluating potential employers. These two parts influence each other, but should be considered separately as one can negate the other.
