[DEI Training Series] Whiteness & Anti-Racism In-Person

White culture is often what defines “normal” in groups and organizations, which has tremendous impact on the day-to-day and long-term experiences of all people - white and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) - in the group. It’s vital to learn to see this culture and intentionally address it for the benefit of all members.

As a result of this workshop, participants will:

  • Know the definition and importance of terms related to increasing racial consciousness and racial literacy
  • Identify common white-culture behaviors that perpetuate racism
  • Know several actions white people can take to be anti-racist
