[Leadership Development Training Series] Thrive: Strategies to Strengthen and Repair Trust Within Your Organization In-Person

Trust permeates relationships. When there is trust within groups, information flows and issues can be resolved easier. These are core ingredients in fostering a healthy organization. However, when groups experience low trust or a violation of trust, it can be very disruptive to team performance and it can last for years if left unresolved. So, can teams work through it? Yes!

This half-day session will provide participants with practical strategies and research-based tools for strengthening relationships and repairing trust that they apply at the team or organization level. They will learn to use the Trust Behaviors Framework as a diagnostic instrument that can be applied at the individual, group, and organizational level. They will also learn the research-based Trust Repair Model and its four phases. Within each phase, participants will learn one tool to apply to strengthen trust. Finally, we will apply the learning to inform an action plan so each person leaving will have immediate and focused attention on trust areas to strengthen.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use the Trust Repair Process Model to provide insights on what strategies to take when trust is compromised.
  • Strengthen relationships within your group and with other key stakeholders by using the Trust Behaviors Framework as a guide or a diagnostic model to target trust breakdowns.
  • Use at least one tool in each phase of the Trust Repair Model to support groups getting unstuck that can also be used to help groups thrive.

Will this Workshop be Recorded? No.

Intended Audience: While this workshop is designed for managers and supervisors, staff from any level or position are welcome to attend.
