[Leadership Development Training Series] Courageous Leadership for Managers In-Person
Today’s complex and uncertain times require leaders to act courageously. This interactive workshop helps participants identify traits and types of courageous leadership, navigate vulnerability, and make a plan for leading more courageously.

About the Instructor: Pat Hughes is the owner of Trillium Leadership Consulting and provides customized leadership programs, training, coaching, community engagement, facilitation and strategic planning services. A co-founder of the nationally-recognized Gracious Space body of work, Pat is the author of "Gracious Space: A Practical Guide for Working Better Together" and "Courageous Collaboration with Gracious Space: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation." Pat is certified in Professional Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Racial Equity and Adaptive Leadership, Conflict Dynamics, Dependable Strengths, Communication Styles, and the Strategic Planning Models from the Institute for Cultural Affairs.
