[Leadership Development Training Series] Empowering, Motivating and Working From Strengths In-Person

In this workshop we’ll explore the world of motivation and engagement at work.  We’ll start with the Gallup Q12 Engagement survey to understand engagement.  We’ll look at different ways to motivate and empower staff to use their full potential.  We’ll discuss how to identify strengths and find ways for people to use their strengths at work.  The more motivated and empowered staff feel, the more that gets done without the need to micromanage with the result of a happier workforce.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand what staff engagement means, why it matters, and how to do it
  2. Understand the value of feedback and how to deliver appreciative and constructive feedback
  3. Gain techniques for finding people’s strengths and learn how to encourage people to use them at work
