The Renewal Presentation
The Renewal Presentation offers an opportunity to learn more about aspects of low-morale experience development in various library environments and learn about general countermeasures. During the event, there will be a brief time to ask questions about the low-morale experience studies.
Very light pre-work will be offered to prepare attendees for the event.
During and after this event, attendees will be able to:
- Define a low-morale experience
- Describe the established trajectory of low-morale experiences
- Discuss associated frameworks connected to low morale and workplace dysfunction; and
- Recall low morale countermeasures
