Creating Gracious Space In-Person

Gracious Space is a proven, collaborative leadership framework that helps groups develop shared understanding and engage in collective problem solving with respect, inclusion and a growth mindset.

 

As a result of this workshop, participants will:

 

  • Know the four tenets of Gracious Space and their own Gracious Space strengths
  • Gain three tools for creating Gracious Space in teleworking and in-person conditions
  • Gain skills to use Gracious Space as a foundation for team or organizational culture

About the Instructor: Pat Hughes is the owner of Trillium Leadership Consulting and provides customized leadership programs, training, coaching, community engagement, facilitation and strategic planning services. A co-founder of the nationally-recognized Gracious Space body of work, Pat is the author of "Gracious Space: A Practical Guide for Working Better Together" and "Courageous Collaboration with Gracious Space: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation." Pat is certified in Professional Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Racial Equity and Adaptive Leadership, Conflict Dynamics, Dependable Strengths, Communication Styles, and the Strategic Planning Models from the Institute for Cultural Affairs. Pat holds an M.A. in Organization Systems Renewal from Antioch University and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of New Hampshire.
